With no activity (i.e; anything with audio playing) PulseAudio sits consuming
100% or near to 100% CPU. Brings the rest of the system to a halt.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Monitor CPU usage with top
Actual Results:
PulseAudio consumes nearly 100% CPU
Expected Results:
Much lower CPU usage ;)
