is operating using lucview
Sound is ok
Modul GSPCA no longer available
In skype settings no reaction on pressing video test button
gstreamer-properties video test shows video
Preload also does not work:
> LD_PRELOAD=/usr/lib64/libv4l/v4l1compat.so skype
> ERROR: ld.so: object '/usr/lib64/libv4l/v4l1compat.so' from LD_PRELOAD cannot 
> be preloaded: ignored.
Kopete video test works, but gives a lousy picture and ruins the webcam
settings

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start Skype in KDE Desktop
2.go to settings
3.test video
Actual Results:  
No reaction , before gstreamer... installation, crash with grey window

Expected Results:  
Show a test video 
(worked fine in 11.2)
