[Bug 619788] build.suse.de returns 500 on initial 'ci' of newly added package

These errors always happen with very specific packages. I did a large import
(>150 packages) on Thursday without any problems while I had multiple failures
trying to 'ci' another package in parallel. See comment #3 for a collection of
failures.
