No, the change is done on purpose to preserve line and column numbers for
diagnostic purposes.
Wonderful. So there is no switch to get back the old behaviour?!? Either
you/upstream add such a switch or that one is becoming a WONTFIX from my side.
I kind of can't believe that other distributors are not stumbling across that
issue. Or they didn't notice it yet. BTW, when happened that change in cpp?
