Looks like repo priority is the problem. The flash-player-10.0.45.2 you have
installed comes from your repo-update repo, which has priority of 80. The
update candidate i found comes from the http-download.opensuse.org-97011140
repo, which has 99.
I guess the two repos are supposed to provide the same (11.2) updates. But they
are apparently not in sync. Maybe you just need a refresh. But i suggest to
disable one of them, or give them the same priority anyway.
Don't forget to try 'zypper up specific-package' next time. It will tell you it
was the priority which prevented 'up' to update to that package.
