I installed OpenSUSE 11.3 from Live CD KDE build 666, I did it with laptop
battery removed out, now I have insert the battery and the battery widget says
that battery is not present. If I reboot the computer the problem persists.
KDE issue? hardware detection issue?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Intall OpenSUSE KDE Live CD build 666 without the battery.
2. Turn off computer.
3. Insert the battery.
4. The battery widget reports that no battery is present.
Actual Results:  
The battery widget reports that no battery is present.

Expected Results:  
When battery is inserted, the OS and the widget should detect it and start to
monitor it.
