Just a note on the compiz-manager output:
SKIP_CHECKS is yes, so continuing despite problems.

compiz-manager realized this as a non-supported environment and if not forced
skipping the checks, will not get to a fatal state.

Please verify the content of $HOME/.config/compiz/compiz-manager and/or
/etc/xdg/compiz/compiz-manager

(nothing should ever have decided to skip the checks.. they are only there for
advanced usage)
