The STIX fonts (http://www.stixfonts.org/,
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/STIX_Fonts_project) are a collection of
Unicode-based OpenType with 8,000 glyphs in multiple weights, sizes, and slants
and support the complete range of Latin alphabets, as well as Greek and
Cyrillic. (And it is a Times-like serif font.)

The font was created by several scientific publishers: American Institute of
Physics, American Physical Society, American Chemical Society, American
Mathematical Society, IEEE, and Elsevier and has thus high quality. The main
focus is on special symbols - especially mathematical. If this font is
installed, the MathML output by Mozilla Firefox is also improved. And the fonts
can also be used for TeX.

Licence: SIL Open Font License (OFL).
