P. S.:
Before I submit this issue thinking that it was a bug, I tried unsuccessfully
to solve this by my own specifying various parameters at the boot prompt. After
that I was convinced that it was a problem. So, I wrote here. This computer has
an ASUS AV8-MX Motherboard. At first sight, your suggestion seemed to me as the
previous was. But it really worked. Might you tell me what thing suggested you
to specify the above at the boot prompt, please? Perhaps the next time I could
handle my self better.
