OK, so Sun and Red Hat both use their own derivatives of RealVNC, which do
contain vncconfig, but we're using tightvnc, which doesn't contain it.
Feel free to add a feature request to https://fate.novell.com/ describing what
the tool does and why you think adding it to openSUSE would be worthwhile.
