Very strange, not seeing anything about "setting baud rate..." in the output of
the program or the log. I set the rate to 9600 before running your program
and... nothing. Here's the output of the program and I'll attach a file with
the log entries.

It's like it's ignoring the tio.c_ispeed = 128000; and tio.c_ospeed = 128000;
completely. Odd it doesn't yell about a problem if it can't set the speeds.
