Old Trinitron CRT on Radeon 7500 (rv200) 15 pin connection

M5 dup'd from M4 dup'd from M3 (xorg-x11-7.5-2.2.1.i586)

Problem same whether 2.6.33.6 or 2.6.34-rc3 32bit desktop kernel

Problem same whether cmdline includes radeon.modeset=[0,1] or not

Happens in KDM, LXDE & KDE4

Brightness as expected on ttys, Cooker, 11.2's X, DOS, etc

Machine hard locks if I try X without xorg.conf
