After i download 1-5 big torrent downloads (2-5Gb size) and i tryed two clients

This bug i was find at 11.2 Stable version tested too.
Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Run Ktorrent/rtorrent, add one or more torrent download with up then 500
seeders and size bigger than 2-5 Gb.
1.1 Settings of open connection: 500-600 for all and 200 per torrent
2. Limit upload 1kbps. Download not limited ( My speed 24Mbits/sec )
3. Wait when all ( or not ) will be downloaded - and test connection of
internet (look any site) or test LAN computer view.
Actual Results:
After downloads completed or ready at 30-50% my network connection not work
(LAN,INTERNET) - all pings was with 80-100% packets lost.
Expected Results:
opensuse 11.3 M5
Ktorrent
rtorrent
I think this problem was in opensuse realese.
I'm test on ubuntu this bug - all works good without any problems.
In IRC chatting ( linux community, but not remember channel) - was think its
with network deamons or linux kernel.
