Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Log in to KDE desktop
2. Open a few programs (eg, Firefox, Dolphin)
3. Use the KDE Menu to start System Monitor
4. Click on "Kill Process" for one of the processes in the process table owned
by your current user.
5. Click "Kill" when prompted.
Actual Results:
The System Monitor crashes and the KDE Crash Handler is displayed.

Expected Results:
The desired process is killed and the System Monitor continues to run.
