[Bug 596716] smbtad exits claiming recevied a bad header

When recv doesn't receive the amount of bytes we would expect, get back into the select loop, and let recv run again getting the rest of the data block. The most recent commits fix this. However, I need to clean the patches up and merge them into one. And: This can of course also happen with the header receiver.
