I have a Cowon iAudio S9 with a .is_audio_player file which I shall paste
below.

Since upgrading to 1.6.0 (from the betas of it), Banshee doesn't support its
playlists - showing the device properties within Banshee reports Support
Playlists: No.

Rhythmbox does still support playlists as per the .is_audio_player file so I
know the format is correct.

is_audio_player file:

audio_folders=MUSIC/
output_formats=application/ogg,audio/x-ms-wma,audio/flac,audio/x-wav,audio/mpeg
playlist_format=audio/x-mpegurl
