Thanks for logs. I found that it start 10.1 When disc is bad recognized. There
is something strange with your device mapper devices.
Could you please post output of these two commands?

ls -l /dev/mapper/
udevadm info -q all -n /dev/disk/by-id/raid-sil_agajbhdfcdab-part7
