Simple: I did not. I just used "zypper in
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Base:/System/openSUSE_Factory/x86_64/lvm2-2.02.45-43.1.x86_64.rpm";

"factory" meant "openSUSE_Factory", not the one you tried.

If you absolutely want to configure the repository, you'd have to use this URL,
I suppose:

http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Base:/System/openSUSE_Factory/
