You need to have "default saved" in the menu.lst in order for this to work.
As you mentioned, grubonce changes this as well as writing the default file.
Since this script isn't really used in Suse Linux, I neither have strong
feelings nor much motivation regarding this issue. I could remove the script or
link it to grubonce.
What do you suggest?
