Hm, I checked the diff in your submitreq, so something got messed up during
link/branching, I guess.


The fact is that you don't need to touch the changelog part in the spec file,
but just add (prepend) new lines to the existing jack.changes file for your own
new entries.

OK, if you have no time, I'm going to fix up it on my side.
