OK, then to be sure, try to install the latest alsa-driver-kmp package from OBS
multimedia:audio:KMP repo.
    http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/multimedia:/audio:/KMP/
Don't install alsa-driver-unstable-kmp, but only the alsa-driver-kmp
corresponding to your running kernel flavor.

If this doesn't work, install hda-verb program available at OBS home:tiwai repo
for further debugging.  Run hda-verb like below and give back the output of
each command:

    hda-verb /dev/snd/hwC0D0 0x17 GET_PIN_SENSE 0
    hda-verb /dev/snd/hwC0D0 0x15 GET_PIN_SENSE 0
    hda-verb /dev/snd/hwC0D0 0x14 SET_AMP 0x704a
    hda-verb /dev/snd/hwC0D0 0x14 SET_AMP 0x714a
    hda-verb /dev/snd/hwC0D0 0x14 GET_AMP 0
