I reported the bug on 11.2, I don't make use of factory at all.
But, as a test, I set up the pm-util package from factory and it worked.
I saw this package was not updated but it really stopped to work after I
updated the machine last week.
Unfortunately, I can't tell precisely what I updated and what dependency could
break pm-utils.
And it broke it so much that it didn't output anything (stdout and log).
