I don't know if this comment must be published here or in a new bug.
After the last update 01/04/2010 (that included a kernel update) the usb
devices (including webcam) works fine, but another big problem has apear. The
system hangs and only the power button makes the system reboot.
Actualy I was using networkmanager to use the wiffi network, so when I log in
into my root acount, the networkmanager were not configured properly, but the
system works fine (usb devices included).
To probe that the wiffi device was the reason of the hanged system, I changed
the network control to "tradinional method with ifup" and I try to log in using
my user acount, again the system works fine (obviously without wiffi network),
when I try to configure the device in the ifup method, the system (including
yast) hangs during the process to "activate network services".
Has anyone the same problem afther the last update?
Wiffi device is named by last as "rt2860sta"
