When I click on the floppy icon in the KDE4 menu (a floppy is in the drive) the
system mounts the floppy as root. The file manager Dolphin does not open, I get
an error message instead. For an unmounted floppy the tools mdir, mcopy, etc.
work only for the root user.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Insert a formatted floppy into the drive
2.Issue the command mdir on a shell
3.Click on the floppy icon in the KDE4 menu

Expected Results:
2. mdir should work for every user
3. Floppy should be mounted as current user and file manager should open on the
floppy directory
If I insert manually the line:
/dev/fd0 /media/floppy auto noauto,user,sync 0 0
into fstab, I can mount the floppy as ordinary user with the mount command on
a shell (I created an empty directory /media/floppy first):
