No, that is against openSUSE security policies.  See
http://en.opensuse.org/Packaging/Security_Policies

Yes, we'll have to consider how best to handle this.  Last resort would be
Release Notes but maybe we can have virt-manager suggest ensuring libvirtd is
running on certain types of errors.  At any rate, that is a different bug -
arguably even a feature request.  Thanks.
