Summary: Volume and Drive tabs missing from removable storage
drive properties in Nautilus
Classification: openSUSE
Product: openSUSE 11.2
Version: Final
Platform: x86-64
OS/Version: openSUSE 11.2
Status: NEW
Severity: Normal
Priority: P5 - None
Component: GNOME
AssignedTo: bnc-team-gnome@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
ReportedBy: dave.rosky@xxxxxxxxx
QAContact: qa@xxxxxxx
Found By: ---
Blocker: ---

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux x86_64; en-US; rv:1.9.1.5)
Gecko/20091103 SUSE/3.5.5-1.1.2 Firefox/3.5.5

In OpenSuse 11.1, the drive properties dialog (accessed by right-clicking and
selecting "properties" on a removable drive) contained a "volume" tab which
could be used for specifying a volume name and mount point that would always be
used when the volume is auto-mounted. This, as well as the "drive" tab, are
missing in Nautilus in OpenSuse 11.2. Being able to determine the mount name
for removable storage is important for things like command line scripts which
do backup, etc.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. right click on a mounted USB drive and select "properties"
2. Dialog does not contain the "drive" and "mount" tabs required to set the
volume name.
3.
Actual Results:
missing options in "properties" dialog for setting mount point/volume name

Expected Results:
There should be a "drive" tab and a "volume" tab where mount points and volume
names can be set.
