http://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=565033 http://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=565033#c0 Summary: kdenetworkmanager4 fails to connect to previously used networks Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE 11.2 Version: Final Platform: x86-64 OS/Version: openSUSE 11.2 Status: NEW Severity: Major Priority: P5 - None Component: KDE4 Workspace AssignedTo: kde-maintainers@suse.de ReportedBy: christian.widmer@student.uni-tuebingen.de QAContact: qa@suse.de Found By: --- Blocker: --- User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; de; rv:1.9.1.5) Gecko/20091103 SUSE/3.5.5-1.1.2 Firefox/3.5.5 When I attempt to reconnect to previously used networks (which show up when left-clicking on the knetworkmanager4 applet), clicking on the network symbol doesn't do anything (neither left or right). I have to edit network connections, manually remove the access point and then reconnect to it. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. boot up computer in range of previously used wifi 2. check knetwork manager for access points (will show up) 3. clicking on the entry doesn't do anything Actual Results: Clicking on the access points doesn't do anything. Expected Results: Clicking on the respective entries should establish a network connection. It's a Dell Vostro 1500 system, this behavior is new and didn't occur when first installing the latest release candidate. I think it still worked, when upgrading to the final version. -- Configure bugmail: http://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
