(It can be far larger in case more watched items or more CPUs or disks in the computer.) Creating and parsing such a large XML takes much time in Rails. Currently it transfers all values with 5 minutes history. There should be added some filter, like give me just the list of current failed items - that is significantly smaller (in most cases empty).
