Make a mistake (suse-install leave me a acpi=ht ) 
So for the moment it boot only with acpi=ht or apci=off

I will try the 2.6.32 HEAD Factory kernel 
comming from here 
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Kernel:/HEAD/openSUSE_Factory/x86_64/kernel-default-2.6.32-39.1.x86_64.rpm
+ base
