This looks like one of the dmar BIOS bugs floating around.
What kind of machine is this (can you attach dmidecode, please).
Best update the BIOS first and try again.
Youquan had several sanity checks to disable irq and dma remapping in broken
BIOS case, I could imagine not all hit 2.6.32-rcX yet?
For master/SP1 branch this makes more sense, for SLE11 IMO BIOSes (which AFAIK
are not out yet), should get fixed (I even backported some BIOS sanity checks,
but adding a typo on a first try made me rethink about the "use vs risk" of
this in a maintenance kernel again...).
