The partitions on RAID are not correctly recognized thus no /dev/disk* links are created. For instance: Partition will be /dev/md126p1. It cannot be examined by mdadm. Instead /dev/md126 should be examined to get UUID. /dev/md126 is parent device to /dev/md126p1. So on devicetype=partition mdadm sould examin parent device and use parent's UUID to generate links.
