[Bug 555778] Yast2 fail to start for some modules like "yast2 modules" (online_update,repositories,sw_single,etc.)

As you updated e.g. apache2-mod_perl, you would also need to update
yast2-perl-bindings and maybe some other core YaST packages
(yast2-pkg-bindings, maybe yast2-qt, yast2-qt-pkg) so that they link properly
to new version of Perl. Does that help?
In general, we can hardly do anything about linking our built packages with
Perl versions that were not known at the time of release. What could be fixed
on our side are, of course, dependencies, which would force you to deinstall
almost all of YaST packages.
