Changing GTK+ theme to Clearlooks makes the bug go away.  Changing back to
QtCurve makes the bug reappear.

However, selecting some other GTK+ themes like Crux and Gilouche also causes
the bug to occur, even though those themes work fine with Tomboy when using
GNOME instead of KDE.

Changing between KDE themes did not help.

I do not have time to test another distro's KDE.

Any guidelines for filing the bug upstream, given that selecting some GTK+
themes that don't trigger this bug in GNOME, does trigger it in KDE?
