Our hplip-hpijs package provides
../manufacturer-PPDs/hplip/hp-photosmart_3100_series-hpijs.ppd.gz
../manufacturer-PPDs/hplip/hp-photosmart_3100_series.ppd.gz
../manufacturer-PPDs/hplip/hp-photosmart_c3100_series-hpijs.ppd.gz
../manufacturer-PPDs/hplip/hp-photosmart_c3100_series.ppd.gz
We do not provide a hplip-hpcups package.
The ".pm." in its release indicates that
it is from Packman and you have a messed up
HPLIP installation, see
