At the first time access WebYaST, "system status" cannot be loaded in "status"
block.
This symptom occurs sometimes.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. At first time access WebYaST;
2. Go through setup process step by step;
3. The symptom occurs.
Actual Results:  
Green roundness and "Your system is healthy"

Expected Results:  
Red squareness and "No data found for showing system status"

"System Services" icon disappears.
