You can get the complete information about the HW when you type "sudo hwinfo".
Redirect the output into the hwinfo.all file "sudo hwinfo > hwinfo.all" and
attach the file hwinfo.all to your comment. But I am afraid there will be
greater effort needed to find the reason why the box panics [1].
