and on warm boot it locked hard again. 

The last message is "Starting kdm".

I left laptop sitting for a minute or so and nothing happened. 
At that moment hard disk should be active in bursts, but it is not. 

I have set system to boot without parallel execution of startup scripts to see
what really was the last message, as with parallel that it is changing from
time to time.
