[Bug 556106] postgresql-devel-8.4.1-2.1 libpq.so not linked to libcrypt.so.1 causing compile of pgpool-II-2.2.5 to fail

I've been working with the developer of pgpool, he said that the reference to
libcrypt is still in the stock PostgreSQL 8.4.1 tree, even in CVS HEAD, so it
must have been a SuSE thing.
At any rate, he is linking directly to libcrypt rather than using the link from
libpq.so
So we can close this bug.
