When enabling KWIN Composit effects after shut Menus, windows, or their
movement artifacts occur in the form of stripes, lines etc. 
My Graka Radeon X1950

I use the radeon driver NOT hdradeon(it freezes my System)!

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
enabling KWIN effects
Actual Results:  
After closing the windows and menus remain the color bands(lines) of the
window..
