If Kopete is configured to "Show a message in a popup" in case of an incoming
message (if I remember correctly that setting is the default), the knotify
popup will not show the incoming message if an incoming message arrives, but
instead will just show:

"No notifications and no jobs"

I am using the official KDE 4.3.1 packages provided with openSUSE 11.2, nothing
from the buildservice.
