the client software to connect to imap services is ms office 2007. After a
while the idled daemon from the cyrus mda package became a hang, and the
cyrus-server-daemon did't work correctly.(the client can not connect).
i straced the reason from the ideld and the strace programm sayed to me:
open("/var/lib/imap/msg/shutdown", O_RDONLY) = -1 ENOENT (No such file or
directory)
select(7, [6], NULL, NULL, {1, 0})      = 0 (Timeout)

always.
after this i must killing the process, a restart didn't resolve the problem.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.cyrus-imapd runs with cyrus-saslauthd with ldap backend
2.the client software is ms office 2007
3.the connection from the client to the server is over imaps and imap
4.read an write in the imap-directory for a while with the client-software
