[Bug 547973] After save a Calc file with Cyrillic text (Bulgarian, Russian etc. …) get all the letters replaced by '?'.

The file name is
2-WS-openSuSE112RC1-10Gb.7z
It is a 7z compressed file.
When you open it with let say vmplayer it should log you in directly.
Please open the OpenOffice.org and found the folder Documents.
The only thing you need to do in order to replicate the problem will be to open
the file Initial_file-20091023-1.xls and try to save it as XLS file.
(may be better to save with different name in order to keep the original
untouched)
Then please close the file and open the saved file.
Then you will see what happens.
