using yast (with or without using one touch) fails to recognize the existence
of the .rpm in the repository.  This has been tried on several different types
of files and different repositories...including the openSUSE repos.  Never
works.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to openSUSE and search for an rpm.
2.when found click on rpm or oneTouch.
3.will attempt and then say rpm not found.
Actual Results:  
error messages saying rpm does not exist (though listed on the page)

Expected Results:  
an install of the rpm.
