Then try to add model=auto option to snd-hda-intel module.
Edit /etc/modprobe.d/50-sound.conf.  If there is no line starting with "options
snd-hda-intel" (note that it's different from "options snd"), create a line
like below:
    options snd-hda-intel model=auto

Then run "rcalsasound restart" or reboot.

This codec chip has no mic boost control indeed unlike other Realtek codec
chips.  So it's no bug that you have only "Capture Volume".

BTW, don't forget to reset NEEDINFO flag in this bugzilla after you provide the
requested information.  Otherwise people (including me) won't notice.  Thanks.
