2 screen shows showing sax2 settings, xorg.conf, and xrandr output

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9.1.4)
Gecko/20091016 SUSE/3.5.4-6.1 Firefox/3.5.4

I've got a standard P4 machine with a nVidia GF 7100GS video card. I download
the RC2 KDE live CD and used it to install 11.2 onto this machine. The install
went smoothly, then I downloaded all of the updates and patches. Again, it
went smoothly. Downloaded the x86-190.42 drivers from nVidia's website and
installed them. No problems, except that when I pick my monitor (Dell S1909WX)
and set the display to 1440x900, the test drops the display down to 1152x864.
Now, if I say OK, then the system will run at that lower resolution fine, but
since it isn't the default resolution for the monitor, everything is blurry.

I know that it isn't the hardware, because this machine ran 11.1 (with the new
nVidia driver) perfectly. Even with the latest KDE 4.3 upgrades. So I'm left
to believe it is something to do with 11.2.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load OS
2. Load driver
3. Set monitor type, pick 1440x900 as display settings and click test.
Actual Results:
Instead of switching over to 1440x900, the display system drops down to
1152x864.

Expected Results:
Switched over to 1440x900.
