Some time ago aria stops using http-proxy-user and http-proxy-password

Now it uses http-proxy=http://user:pass@host:port

May be we need to create separate config file for aria back-end by yast proxy
module. And load it by libzypp if aria back-end specified
like /root/.ariarc where proxy address will be specified in correct form.

It can use --all-proxy (for http,https,ftp) this will override *-proxy settings
or you can define setting seprated
--http-proxy
--https-proxy
--ftp-proxy
