I have an openSUSE 11.1 machine updated with KDE 4.3.X (the about dialog in
okular says 4.3.1 "release 183") and one machine with openSUSE 11.2RC2, which
identifies (in okular) was 4.3.1 "release 6".  PDFs which open and print fine
in 11.1 do *not* print properly in 11.2.  They are being printed to the same
CUPS server, same printer, same everything else.

evince (gnome) appears to work just fine.

This appears to be a regression (if you can call it that...)
