[Bug 548535] after upgrade qt from 4.5.2 to 4.5.3 opera-gcc4.qt4.i386.rpm is freezing/slow work/unstable and hardly load cpu

opera broken with any qt library since 4.5.3 version

reported what solved part of this bug, but it is not single regression... , and
opera-qt4 with libqt4 still broken...
i will test opera latest snapshot
(http://snapshot.opera.com/unix/snapshot-4685/) in near time
