--- Comment #5 from Russ Fineman 2009-11-02 10:35:31 MST ---
Just installed openSUSE 11.2 RC2, Friday from ISO DVD, formatted whole disk.
After install I copied my .kde4/share/apps/kmail , knode and addressbook from
backup to ~/username/.kde4 etc and also all the related rc files to
KDE4/share/config.
Afterward all contacts, mail and newsgroups were there and working. Shutdown
system Friday night, on startup Saturday all my contacts and Distribution lists
were gone. Re installed them. Same thing happened Sunday night and I just
finished copying them in again. They are there now.
When I restart the system during day for checking some changes, they appear to
still be there. At night when I shutdown appears to be the problem. Nothing in
logs I have found, etc.
This did not happen on RC1. Is this a regression of some kind or is it
something on my system? I will run memory check tonight. No hardware changes
between RC1 and RC2. Also second disc with my 11.1 install is not seeing
problem.
