kexec no longer works either with RC1 ked4-live cd, 11.1 rescue system or RC2
system. It simply fails to load any 2.6.31 kernel (all I have access to) with
the error : "Reading legacy_max_head failed". I googled for the error and all I
could come up with is bnc # 383210 and

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.kexec-bootloader or kexec -l /boot/vmlinuz --initrd=/boot/initrd

Actual Results:  
Reading legacy_max_head failed.

Expected Results:  
Next reboot is from the kernel loaded by kexec bypassing grub.
